This skill builder class will help you to focus on developing and improving your Natural Point of Aim (NPA and retention fire skills by utilizing drills that specifically require the use of multiple shooting positions. Natural point of aim and retention fire are two defensive handgun techniques that are often overlooked or even difficult to practice in traditional range settings.

This course is designed to ensure you have an adequate foundation and understanding of safety, handling, and care, along with a new level of confidence in your ability handle and shoot your rifle. 

This class will provide an environment where you can openly ask questions about anything regarding your rifle. Others attending will be novice and beginner shooters with limited experience, the material covered is designed to be non-threatening and move at a pace that allows you to gain confidence and familiarity in your abilities.

Understanding when, why and how to transition from one firearm to another is a skill that needs to be practiced and maintained. We help you to maintain the skills and add to your knowledge in this course. Transitions can minimize your exposure to threats or give you an advantage in a fight. We will help guide you in your training process to maintain those skills.

Our Rifle Proficiency course will help you further build and improve the skills necessary to successfully prepare you for Defensive Rifle. Building on the knowledge you have previously acquired in Beginner Rifle, you will learn and practice basic movements, additional shooting positions and further understand the concepts of using a rifle in a defensive manner.
